Mister Head

Situation

Mr. Head is a busy manager. When we met, his wife had just given birth to their second child and he was becoming the only bread winner for the next few years. He was doing well in his job but with this additional responsibility he felt he needed more. One day it was more money, another day more potential for development, recognition, etc.. His company has been great to him for the past 6 years. His manager was a great guy who valued Mr. Head’s technical and managerial skills. Mr. Head was highly engaged but found managing a team more and more time consuming. He started running to get rid of the stress, but with family demands he knew something had to shift.
